My exercise goals today- Do the Jullian Michaels Yoga Meltdown. Go for a walk in the sun since it’s now Spring and I need to get my tan on. Jullian Michaels Ripped in 30 lvl 1, day 3. 8 Minute abs lvl 2, which I alternate with lvl 3 depending on what else I’m doing.
