Success!!! I completed ‘Ripped in 30’ lvl 1 6 out of 7 days this week :) I’m not actually sure if it’s done any good but then again I’m someone who gets impatient and expects immediate results. I don’t feel like I put 100% into every workout, it was enough effort just to motivate myself to do it at all so that’s probably why too. Hopefully motivation...

Exhausted eh. Still need to exercise but time for a nanna nap!!!
Then Abs lvl 3 and I can’t decide either ‘Ripped in 30’ which will make it 6 days in a row or mix it up and use my new weighted skipping rope. Mmm decisions decisions.

Good morning 20/9/11
Yesterday I did the ripped in 30 but not the 8 minute abs. To solve this problem today (laziness) I got up early and did abs before going to work :)
