Circuit training is a combination of aerobic and resistance exercises done in quick succession. You choose the number of exercises you want to preform and go through each exercise with little (30 secs) to no rest until you completed the set.
Because if you give up now, all the hard work will just go to waste. You've already gotten the hard part over with, why give in to temptation and have to re-do it all. Keep going you're closer than you think<3
Success!!! I completed ‘Ripped in 30’ lvl 1 6 out of 7 days this week :) I’m not actually sure if it’s done any good but then again I’m someone who gets impatient and expects immediate results. I don’t feel like I put 100% into every workout, it was enough effort just to motivate myself to do it at all so that’s probably why too. Hopefully motivation wont be so hard this week as it becomes more of a habit rather than something I force myself to do.
Today is my first day of lvl 2… Sort of scared ^_^’
