Far out!!! I did ‘Ripped in 30’ lvl 3 today for the first time and it’s crazy to say the least. It smashed me. Makes me feel so weak and unfit T.T Hopefully tomorrow will be better eh. Even though I have hurt a couple of muscles during the week, one on the right side of my lower back and another behind my right knee. Retarded much?
